Our client is a luxury retail brand. We are searching for a Finance Assistant (AP) to join their team as a contract staff for a period of 5 months.
- Job Description
Accounts Intern (AP) @ Orchard / $1800 Basic
- Processing supplier payments and employee expenses claims
- Handling enquiries on suppliers’ invoices and payments
- Data entry of supplier invoices
- Update weekly sales report General Ledger / Fixed Assets
- Preparation of schedules and journal entries during month-end closing
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Fast learner, proactive and you want to prove and improve your problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical mind, good communication skill and business sense
- Proactive and self-motivated.
