Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Handles Accounts Receivable, Account Payables 
  • Ensure compliance with set internal controls and procedures 
  • Assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements for reporting 
  • Proper maintenance of department documentation and filing 
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed 
  • Preparation of monthly/yearly closings 
  • Other ad-hoc duties/ projects assigned by superior

Learning Outcomes and Objectives: 

  • Have an understanding of the leasing and car trading operations 
  • Develop communication and interpersonal skills Build experience in stakeholder relationship 
  • Understand the needs of AP and AR, GL

Requirements: 

  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills 
  •  Organised, detailed and deadline oriented
  • Meticulous and willing to learn 
  • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  •  Good communication and problem-solving skills
