Revenue Management Intern (M / F)
Lufthansa Cargo AG is looking for a motivated, qualified and proactive student who commits himself/herself to support our local team. We offer a 6-month internship opportunity to students in Singapore to experience diverse and dynamic aspects of the airfreight business. Primarily, the Revenue Management team is responsible for providing support on revenue-relevant matters to LCAG offices in South & South-East Asia. The Revenue Management Intern will assist the Revenue Manager in delivering weekly reports, analysis and provide insights in optimizing processes and initiate strategies in maximizing cargo revenue.
Role & Responsibilities
Management of various reports, both routine and on-demand using LCAG in-house reporting tools, coupled with a critical view on improving report designs or process flow for greater efficiencies.
Design, implement and monitor revenue management models using MS Excel.
First level analysis to support the Revenue Manager with business case evaluation.
Liaise with regional flight analysts to assist in providing data for route analysis and deliver insights into maximizing cargo revenues.
Proficiency with working on presentations (MS PowerPoint) for general and high level target group.
Ad hoc tasks relevant to the Revenue Manager requirements.
Pro-active support on long-term revenue management planning for flight plan period.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong interests in logistics/airline/aviation industry
Have strong quantitative analytical skills
Strong attention to details
Resourceful, Sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
Good MS Office application skills (e.g. MS Excel & Powerpoint). Knowledge in VBA will be preferable.
Good communication skills in English required
High degree of intercultural awareness

At the date of your internship you have completed the 2nd Semester of your study program
