We are building a modern private investment platform dedicated to small and mid-sized enterprises in Southeast Asia. Lucerna focuses on resilient, cash-flow-driven businesses overlooked by traditional capital, providing growth capital and strategic partnership to unlock long-term value.
We’re looking for a highly motivated branding and strategy intern to work directly with the founder on a wide range of early-stage commercial and strategic initiatives. You’ll help shape investment positioning, market outreach, competitive benchmarking, and investor materials — while getting exposure to the full process of building a modern SME investment platform from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Research and profile SME sectors across resilient service industries
Assist in developing investment decks, outreach materials, and partnership proposals
Benchmark comparable investment platforms and map whitespace opportunities
Support commercial model design
Contribute to investor presentations, internal memos, and strategic growth planning
Support light branding and positioning work for Lucerna’s market presence
Ideal Candidate
Student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, or related field
Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills
Highly independent, detail-oriented, and commercially curious
Proficient in Google Slides / PowerPoint; basic Excel modeling preferred
