Job Description

Your role shall include but not limited:


    • Responsible for the day to day document management.
    • Regulating the transmission of all projects documents (drawings, procedures and administrative documents) on behalf of project team.
    • Preparing documentation and status reports.
    • Administering the Aconex online document management system.
    • Providing technical assistance (Aconex) to the project team as required.
    • Assisting in translating project related documents from English to Mandarin or vice versa whenever required.
    • Assisting in preparing materials for presentation purposes including creation of powerpoint slides.
    • Assisting in arranging and setting up meeting for the Project Team via zoom program etc.
    • Assisting in administration of FF&E and design documents, if needed.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma level with at least 2 years of experience in document management.
  • Experience in using Aconex.
  • Good reading and written English and Mandarin skills would be advantageous as the role call for translation of documents.
  • Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign and Powerpoint.
  • Must be diligent and meticulous.
  • Must be able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadline.
