Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans across three brands (Synthesis, Mama Diam, and Lou Shang).
- Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences, competitor trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Support in planning and executing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive foot traffic.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Assist in planning scripts, scheduling shoots, and editing videos for engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Ensure Chinese content is accurately translated and voice-overs are properly executed.
- Assist in developing a monthly content calendar that aligns with each brand’s target audience.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels.
- Provide monthly reports on KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and actionable insights for improvement.
External Vendor & KOL Management
- Assist in managing influencer/KOL outreach, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Liaise with outlet managers and staff to ensure proper in-store execution of marketing campaigns (e.g., signage, tent cards, menus).
- Manage Chinese social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu (XHS), WeChat, and Douyin.
