The preferred criteria includes:

• Entrepreneurial: Ability to commit to the venture, and have an entrepreneurial mindset - open to ideas, multi-tasking and working independently, with sincere ambition and drive.
• Creative: Open-minded and willing to think differently; preferable ability to use Photoshop/Illustrator/Adobe Creative Suite, etc. 
• Passion for and skills in fashion design: Either a Diploma/Degree/Work Experience or strong interest/talent potential
• Ambitious: We are growing aggressively and require individuals with ambition and strong sense of long-term commitment to the venture.
• Passion for and skills in Digital Marketing & E-commerce: Preferably, the applicant is familiar with digital marketing (SEO, ads, social media marketing, etc.) and e-commerce platforms (in particular Shopify).
• Language: Applicant must be fluent in English, additional languages (particularly SEA languages) will be very useful. 

Possible tasks:

• Women's fashion design: Clothing, possibly footwear and accessories (depending on applicants' skill set)
• Digital Marketing: SEO, Adwords, social media marketing, etc.
• Business Strategy & Operations: Business development & day-to-day operations, strategy design.
