Get involved with the inner workings of a successful, market-leading Beauty company, as you collaborate and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative people. One L'Oréalite can create a huge impact, and it’s no different with our interns. Many of our leaders are L’Oréal babies who had started with us as Interns and progressed to Management Trainees.
L’Oréal believes that digital has to be at the heart of the company. By the end of your internship, you would have worked with our regional teams, understand innovative tools to discover valuable business insights.

HOW CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE?
Are you good at data analytics, data visualization or data science? Are you good with new technologies to analyze big complex data set and tell a story out of it?
We are looking to hire a Business Intelligence Intern who can conduct full lifecycle analysis, query database, handle data requests of increasing complexity with exposure to users and data from all areas of the business, and develop visualization and reporting capabilities. The intern will also learn how to maintain existing reports and develop new reports using Power BI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquire, mine and deep dive into internal and external data
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using standard statistical tools and techniques
- Understand current business needs and/or pain points and identify new opportunities for process solutions/improvement
- Provide concise data reports and build clear data visualizations for management
- Design, test and develop Advanced Analysis
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- Background in Applied Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics
- Proficiency in Power BI, Python and/or other languages, with an eye for detail
- Strong aptitude for numbers and enjoys working with large sets of data
- Outgoing personality, strong communicator with good networking skills

November– December: Offer extensions
January 2020: Program commences
