Project Description
- Carbon Tracker Tool testing: Participate in the last testing phase of a new version of L’Oréal’s digital carbon tracker tool. Provide comprehensive feedback and document anomalies
- Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of next Digital Cleanup events, coordinating logistics, communications, and participant engagement.
- Employee Training: Deliver engaging training programs to educate L'Oréal employees on responsible digital practices and the use of the carbon tracker tool.
- Innovation and Engagement: Propose innovative strategies to further engage employees in adopting sustainable digital behaviors.
Project Deliverables
- Carbon Tracker Tool Evaluation: Feedback report on the carbon tracker tool, including a detailed list of identified anomalies and recommendations for improvement.
- Training refinement and delivery : improve the existing training module and deliver trainings to L’Oréal employees
- Singapore Digital Cleanup Event: Successful planning and execution of the August event (or other event) in Singapore, demonstrating effective project management and stakeholder coordination. This includes managing logistics, communications, and on-site coordination + communication
- Shanghai GreenBytes Challenge Support: Provision of support for the organization of the Shanghai event in coordination with Shanghai based team (for instance : training, testing, users support on the tool…)

Other notes:
Students must be able to commit to a full-time, on-site internship (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM) for 6 months. Please indicate your proposed start and end dates in your application.
