Event Executive (Full Time)

We are looking for a creative event executive who will be responsible for every aspect of event/campaign planning and execution to bring visions to life. The ideal candidate is creative and someone who can manage the daily details meticulously with big-picture thinking to ensure events are well-executed to create the right experiences for the target audience. Job Scope

• Account servicing to key clients
• Idea generation for events & campaigns
• Prepare proposals for tenders and pitching to potential clients
• Event budgeting and cost management
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Co-ordination & management of client’s campaigns/ events
• Liaise with vendors and clients
• Campaign/ event publicity planning and execution
• Post campaign reporting and analysis
• Client sourcing & leads generation

Job Requirement

• Able to manage timeline and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, pro-active and confident individual with initiative
• Organised and meticulous to details
• Able to work on weekends for events when needed
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to solve problems creatively.
• Excellent communication skills, with a pleasant, mature and outgoing personality
• Prior experience (1-2 years experience in similiar field) is a bonus
