Job Description
				Account Department Support:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and financial documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing inquiries.
Warehouse Management:
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain inventory records and track stock levels.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations.
General Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
