LMB Housing Services is looking for a motivated Web Development Intern to join our team. This is a 3 months internship with an opportunity to convert to full time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing features for website improvement
- Understand and improve user experience
- Create responsive UI/UX web design to achieve excellent customer experience along the customer journey on our website
- Conceptualize, design and propose new/improved UI/UX and design mockups for new features or updates along the customer journey
- Work closely with marketing department to generate collaterals/templates to achieve excellent UI/UX across various device screen sizes
- Maintain proper documentation for all the website work done
- Test all the implementation thouroughly
Requirements:
- Experience with CMS like Joomla, WordPress is a must
- Proficient in PHP/Javascript/MySQL/HTML
- Ability to hand-code applications from mockups and wireframes, while adhering to standards
- Friendly personality, self-driven and able to thrive under minimal supervision
- Detailed, meticulous, organized with a great attitude
- Able to stick to deadlines
- Fast learner, should be able to follow our process and procedure of working
- Enjoys challenges and works well under pressure
- Enjoys learning and good problem-solving skills
- Prior internship experience is a plus
- Meticulous about aesthetics and detail
- Good understanding of responsive website
- Good spoken and written English
- Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
