We are providing affordable, comfortable and hassle free short term accommodations in luxury condos to Corporates/Individuals looking to stay for a few months in Singapore.
Our customers are corporations and individuals; typically professionals, or families sent here by their employers on Medium Term (several months) assignments or projects.

LMB Housing Services is looking for a motivated IT Intern to join our team. This is a 3 months internship with an opportunity to convert to full time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-user IT operational support, troubleshooting and maintenance service of the systems
• Assist in IT administration & keeping documentation up to date
• Support in IT Systems solution & Design
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by Management Committee
• Identify and recommend new technology solutions that we can implement in every department.
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to Management Committee.
• Direct and support implementation of software and hardware upgrades.
• Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Accountable for liaison duties between functional users and programming personnel in the areas of systems design, modifications or trouble shooting.
Requirements:
• Experience in mMySQL or MariaDb is a must
• Ability to optimize SQL queries is a plus
• Understanding of database architecture
• Friendly personality, self-driven, and able to thrive under minimal supervision
• Detailed, meticulous, organized with a great attitude
• Able to stick to deadlines
• Fast learner, should be able to follow our process and procedure of working
• Enjoys challenges and work well under pressure
• Enjoys learning and good problem-solving skills
• Prior internship experience is a plus
• Good spoken and written English
• Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
