CLIENT SERVICING
- Support Senior Manager to follow up with Participants and Partners for meetings, feedback, confirmation and fulfilment feedbacks, etc.
- Seek approval on all agreement fulfilment
- Coordinate regular weekly WIPs and management
- Coordination with Participants and Partners to ensure entitlements, and required actions are noted and fulfilled within budget
EVENT MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate all event and production deliverables such as F&B requirements, decor, setup, sound and audio, entertainment, emcee, etc.
