The Little Sheep brand has always set out to promote this delicious delicacy from the Mongolian grasslands. Little Sheep was founded eighteen years ago, in No.22, Ulan Road, Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, China.

We have total 2 outlets in Singapore and we are expanding. 

• Deliver superior service & maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently & accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality & research new vendors
• Organize & supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance & provide feedback to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with sanitation & safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s good image & suggest ways to improve it
• Control operational costs & identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, annual revenues & expenses
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth & restaurant events
• Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts & social media ads)
• Train new & current employees on proper customer service practices
• Implement policies & protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
• Any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
