We have total 2 outlets in Singapore and we are expanding.
Job Description
- Deliver superior service & maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently & accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality & research new vendors
- Organize & supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance & provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation & safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image & suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs & identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, annual revenues & expenses
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth & restaurant events
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts & social media ads)
- Train new & current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies & protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Any other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager
Location: One Fullerton or Orchard Gateway
