- Appraise staff performance & provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation & safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image & suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs & identify measures to cut waste
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth & restaurant events
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts & social media ads)
- Train new & current employees on proper customer service practices
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
