Job Description

Responsibilities for Customer Service, Sales & Administrations

  • Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
  • Handle customer's enquiries on site and via whatsapp/email
  • Assist in check-ins of parents and children at the frontdesk
  • Managing our CRM system and booking system which includes sales of our classes and programmes.
  • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
  • Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with the team
  • Familiarise with current information about services and products available for customers
  • Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
  • Communicate with clients in English and Mandarin 

 

Responsibilities for Operations 

  • Perform Inventory checks and ensure classroom materials are well stocked.
  • Responsible for purchasing and restocking of materials in the centre.

 

Qualifications

  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the team
  • Strong verbal communication skills in the English language
  • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
  • Must be comfortable working as a team as well as independently
  • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment 

 

Other Requirement

  • Able to work on Saturdays
