We aim to provide our customers an intuitive, informative and accurate e-commerce platform.
Job Description
- Managing and monitoring online sales including all online platform (Qoo10, shopee, lazada etc)
- Prior experience in managing e-commerce site is a bonus.
- Taking photos of stocks and editing
- Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase direct internet traffic as well as monitoring the online presence as well as online marketing activities of immediate competitors
- Working closely with HQ on updates of website inclusive of new products and event.
- Modify weekly product arrangements and plan for online channel shop front make-over
- Create & implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market
- Maintain product details (price, stock) and online social media
- Review product pricing and identify new potential products in order to expand the product range
- Research and collaborate with new online platforms
- Fluent in English and Mandarin(both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, Self-driven, proactive and pleasant personality
- Must have excellent customer service skills to handle customer’s inquiries and complaints.
- Willing to learn the technical aspect of the products.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in MS Office programs
