Job Description
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Supply Chain Manager and CEO
- Ensure stocks availability and necessary planning of material resource planning based on forecast and production demand
- Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure procurement services meet company requirement
- Track open PRs and follow up on the purchasing process accordingly
- Prepare purchase order/delivery order and other related documents accordingly
- Daily inventory closing via ERP system
- Creating and issuing of picklist and closing of it
- Verify and track all payments to vendors
- Two-way matching for delivery orders and purchase orders for incoming supplies
- Sourcing for alternative suppliers for raw materials required
- Provide operational support to other departments and stakeholders in operational matters
- Performs other related duties as assigned1
