Responsibilities

• Reporting to Supply Chain Manager and CEO
• Ensure stocks availability and necessary planning of material resource planning based on forecast and production demand
• Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure procurement services meet company requirement
• Track open PRs and follow up on the purchasing process accordingly
• Prepare purchase order/delivery order and other related documents accordingly
• Daily inventory closing via ERP system
• Creating and issuing of picklist and closing of it
• Verify and track all payments to vendors
• Two-way matching for delivery orders and purchase orders for incoming supplies
• Sourcing for alternative suppliers for raw materials required
• Provide operational support to other departments and stakeholders in operational matters
• Performs other related duties as assigned1
