Job Description

  • Learn how to use RPA tool to automate business processes
  • Understand the process to be automated using Kyron App from users
  • Prepare process design documents and flowcharts to document the steps for each process
  • Develop the process using RPA tool and fine-tune the process after testing
  • Perform testing and troubleshoot issues on the developed wizards
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager

While performing the above, candidate will be attached to the Trade Support team and learn about

  • Back office trade processing flow of the various financial instruments traded
  • Various systems that are commonly used in the Finance industry, such as Bloomberg, SWIFT, Markit, Omgeo
  • The common terminologies and Jargons such as Settlement Standing instruction (SSI), overdrafts, back-valuation etc.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous & independent individual and a fast learner
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player 
  • Can commit from Jun/Jul 2022 and for a period of 6 months
