Job Description


Marketing collaterals 

  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for clients
  • Responsible for the preparation of monthly fund factsheets (English and Chinese); ensure accuracy of the information and timely production for distribution
  • Responsible for the preparation of fund annual/semiannual reports (English and Chinese); ensure accuracy of the information and timely production for distribution
  • Review the company’s website to ensure the fund documents and information are up to date.

Client Services/Reporting/Admin support

  • Prepare responses to queries coming from distributors, vendors and corporate clients; and general hotline and Contactus email inbox
  • Review our distributor’s website to ensure the fund documents and information are up to date.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt payment to Business Development vendors and suppliers

Projects 

  • Assist in collating the data required and UAT for the project within the department.
  • Work on adhoc projects or any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Business / Finance / related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to commit full-time for 6 months
