Responsibilities
• Develop growth strategy and execute programs aligned to the local market. Programs can include advertising, events & sponsorships, collateral/credentials development, direct marketing, writing, web content management, database management, digital marketing, lead generation, merchandise/brand and award/company recognition, among others
• Identify relevant key metrics and set relevant KPIs for projects
• Prospecting relationships with key partners that will extend and drive our business.
• Lead exploratory discussions with potential partners for collaboration opportunities.
• Assist in developing and executing business development strategies.
• Conceptualize creative ideas and proposals tailored to individual projects.
• Work closely with the copywriter to create and curate content that aligns with the target audience on LinkedIn
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks on the given time
Requirements
• A good bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• Track record of outstanding internship and co-curricular activities
• Good command of English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a team-oriented, problem-solving environment
• Creative and innovative when solving problems
• Self-motivated to work proactively on tasks and able to multitask on several projects at a given time
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Great team player
• Passion for disruptive companies is a plus
