We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing & Social Media Content Assistant to manage our brand’s social media and campaign planning efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The role involves contributing to content creation for social media, email marketing, and other promotional materials. Someone who is passionate in marketing preferred as we need a digital natives for positions as it allow them to utilize their skills and knowledge in digital marketing channels and a plus point for a marketing enthusiast that has been shortlisted, you will have the opportunities to learn offline marketing as well
- Calendar Planning:
Analyze competitors' campaigns and their social media performance to identify opportunities and best practices. Identify trending content and formats to inform content strategy across platforms. Conduct research and fill in a marketing calendar with potential activities, campaign themes, and content ideas.
- General Content Creation:
Curate and execute social media contents for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Plan and execute seasonal campaigns. Implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Short-Form video Creation:
Create engaging short-form videos for TikTok and IG that align with current trends and brand messaging
- Online Retail Platform Assistant:
Maintain product listings across all platforms such as Shoppe and Lazada. Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overselling. Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely order fulfillment.
- ad-hoc tasks:
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Monitor and review target achievement of marketing campaigns. Assist with other cross-functional ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing/ Mass Communications or equivalent (Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply)
- Familiar with Adobe Suite
- Proficiency in video editing tools.
- Up-to-date with social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- TikTok clips & Digital design portfolio required.
