This marketing campaign will be activated via walking billboards & flyer/product distribution outside Takashimaya over the weekends from 23 April to 15 May.

Time of activations:
23 & 30 April, 7 &15 May (Saturday) : 8pm - 10pm (2 hours)
24 Apr, 1, 8 & 15 May (Sunday): 7pm - 9pm (2 hours)
Looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is interested in managing a team for a billboard marketing campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage campaign team. Ensure that billboards and products are seen and distributed at high traffic areas of the designated area.
Ensure all materials are ready for activation (LEDled boards charged and ready to be picked up by team members, distributors have enough of the products on hand, storage of boards near the activation location)
Documentation of the campaign (simple photo and video taking)
To provide simple daily activation reports.
Searching / booking for manpower for the campaign (Great if you’d like to invite your friends to work with you!)
Create communication channels with all manpower and know what’s happening at all times.
Payment of manpower - via cash cheques
Ensure the safety for both manpower and walking media logistics..
Requirements:
Able to commit for all activation days and time (at least 30 minutes earlier to get ensure items are prepared)
Job Type: Part Time
Salary : $400.00 SGD (for entire campaign) 50% to be paid upon confirmation , 50% to be paid after campaign is done.
