Lily & Co – Weddings – Event Operations Intern (Opportunity to Travel)

Lily & Co. is dedicated to creating beautiful weddings with the perfect details. Established since 2016, we are helmed by our team of experienced, veteran wedding planners and stylists. The Marketing Internship is a great entry level role into the wedding industry where you will be managing the online presence of the brand.

Main responsibilities 

• Assist with event preparation, including packing, inventory checks, and loading/unloading of event materials.
• Support the on-site setup, styling, and teardown of event venues.
• Coordinate with vendors and event partners, including florists, photographers, balloon vendors, venues, and other suppliers, to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist in monitoring event timelines and ensuring all setup milestones are completed on schedule.
• Handle the transportation, organisation, and maintenance of event décor, equipment, and supplies.
• Provide on-site operational support and troubleshoot minor issues during event setup and execution.
• Ensure event materials are packed, stored, and returned in good condition after each event.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks related to event preparation as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment during event setup and dismantling.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Event Team.
