Lil Ninja Academy is an early childhood and young adults motor skills enablement center.

Founded by the the directors and staff of an Adventure Travel Company, Lil Ninja Academy is offering a fun and challenging environment to children and young adults to develop motor skills and cognitive abilities through obstacles and climbing walls.

By Jumping, Swinging, Climbing, Traversing, Balancing and Floor Skills, we teach and build a child's motor skills, cognitive awareness and self confidence.

We have a custom built obstacles and different obstacles designed for different age groups. Our climbing wall is set for easy to difficult challenges for all ages.

Age Groups from 4 to 12 for classes.

Job Description
  • We are looking for energetic and reliable individual that love games, activities and children.
  • The job role will have you playing games, climbing walls and running through obstacles on an obstacle course. You will be setting up different obstacles to challenge the kids and encouraging them to complete the challenges.
  • This role requires 30 hours a week commitment, weekends a must. Some weekday flexibility.
  • As a coach you must remain vigilant and constantly spot and maintain high level of safety of the participants in the class. The obstacles are adjustable and changeable and you may need to demonstrate certain easy obstacles to the children.
  • Work with the team to plan fun and exciting activities for helping with basic motor-skills development (jumping, Swinging, climbing, etc…)
  • Develop new training programs and other educational material
  • Be the lead activities instructor, or assistant instructor, when appropriate.
  • help with scheduling of intern staff to assist with classes
  • Basic administrative duties. Checking in Checking out, Cleaning and sanitising before each class
  • Coaching and mentoring participants of all ages
  • Basic admin skills such as following up with messages and booking of classes.
  • Early Childhood studies or relevant experience required
  • Any Gymnastic experience or certifications is a plus.
