Part-time Recruitment Officer


At a glance, 

We are looking for a candidate who loves making a difference to people. This candidate holds an integral role to the team, hence, we are looking for someone who is well at multi-tasking, and a great team player to help support our core Recruiting function. In this role, you will be expected to bring in more like minded people to work with and while delivering an impressionable candidate experience. 

 

Principal Responsibilities

Handle the full spectrum of recruitment including (not limited to): 

1) Direct sourcing and other recruitment

2) Channel coordination

3) Create a great candidate experience through the ownership of our interview scheduling and tracking process, paying closing attention to a variety of communication channels and the information shared within

4) Co-ordinate required assessments and interviews for the recruitment process and partner with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers

5) Assist in creation of job postings on various job portals 

6) Following up on the interview, contracting and onboarding processes status

7) Govern recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with local laws and hiring guidelines

 

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates, stakeholders and employees through effective communication
  • Meticulous and a strong sense of ownership
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with a collaborative spirit
  • Able to prioritize in a high pressure and dynamic environment, with a sense of urgency
