We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce System Improvement Intern to assist in optimizing our e-commerce platform. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates with a passion for e-commerce, technology, and data-driven decision-making. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, enhance, and improve system efficiency, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting system inefficiencies within the e-commerce platform.
- Support the implementation of improvements to site performance, user experience (UX), and backend processes.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to identify best practices and trends in e-commerce technology.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to gather requirements for system enhancements.
- Assist in testing new features and updates to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Analyze customer behavior data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Document findings, system changes, and best practices to maintain clear communication across teams.
- Support integration efforts with third-party tools and platforms (e.g., payment gateways, CRM, analytics tools).
- Assist in monitoring website performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
