1 - New Regional Final Line Assortment
- Participate to the creation, organization and execution of the new Regional Assortment meeting.
- Provide support and collaborate with all cross-functional partners to ensure a compelling presentation of the seasonal brand strategies and deliver performing tools to the merchandising teams for each market assortment finalization
- Organize and drive the regional assortment review
2 - Merchandising Business analysis
- Create business reports, providing quantitative and qualitative analysis for the sell-in/sell-out results, markets performance, top seller ranking
- Lead and organize monthly reviews including the Global, Regional and Local merchandising teams
- Participate to identify key sales trends and support the Regional Merchandising leads for any deployment action
