Job Description


Accountabilities:

  • Provide frontline engineering support for M&E systems
  • Carry out/ ensure routine & preventive maintenance services of M&E systems in accordance to plan/ master schedule
  • Conduct site inspections and data logging for critical M&E systems
  • Perform preliminary troubleshooting and rectification of M&E issues
  • Manage and supervise contractors to perform maintenance/ repair/ replacement works
  • Manage and supervise contractors’ work and coordinate Audio / Video projects and events within the property
  • Assist in the co-ordination of tenancy fitting out work.
  • Responsible for tenants satisfaction, attend to and investigate and complaints related to M&E services
  • Ensure that the premises and its building facilities are maintained at the highest standards
  • Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance, repair and services activities.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor & Building Manager

Requirements:

  • Possess NTC2/3/NITEC in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/ Air-conditioning  
  • Candidates with extensive experiences and qualifications may be considered for a higher appointment
  • Hardworking, positive working and learning attitude
  • A good team player who is also able to work independently
  • Possess good technical knowledge of building works and M & E will be advantage.
  • Possess good communication skills (with good written & spoken English) and be able to relate to different levels of people.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and work well in fast-paced environment
  • Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays. Working hours is 40 hours/week
