Leia + Lauren is seeking an energetic, dynamic individual to intern with us handling the day-to-day digital admin operations of the business. As part of the internship, you will be involved in managing online retail platforms and work with other local established retailers.
You will also get an opportunity to assist in digital branding and marketing campaigns to equip you with knowledge of running an e-commerce business. Sufficient training will be provided to assist you have a fulfilling internship with us.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to build and grow retail channels locally and regionally
- Manage everyday business operations such as inventory levels, and carry out periodic re-stocking at physical stores
- Keep an accurate and up-to-date warehouse inventory list
- Able to handle and process online orders independently
- Provide customer service support to suppliers and online customers
- Assist in social media management and content creation for online marketing campaigns
Good to have:
- High self-motivation
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to creation of graphic design for marketing materials
- Digital marketing experience will be advantageous
