Legacy Tree Consultancy – Marketing & Events Intern

Legacy Tree Consultancy is launching a brand new events subsidiary! 

In order to do this, we need YOU to liven up our company. 

We have events both physical and online team building activities as well as laser tag to leave our players with a mind-blowing and exhilarating experience. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

Marketing: 

• Manage communication channels (emails, website, social media) and reply to enquiries. 
• Create content for communication channels e.g. client stories, events, opinion pieces, community news
• Develop new events such as day camps etc. 
• After-sales follow-up.

Events Facilitation: 

• Facilitate physical and online teambuilding activities. 
• Identify needs of customers - type of parties, location, date & time etc.
• Gather part-timers, logistical requirements, and other procedures of the event. 
• Ensure the program is run smoothly. 

Requirements: 

• Know how to use Zoom. 
• Outgoing personality, self-motivated, energetic, dynamic. 
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented. 
• Detail oriented. 
• Likes to socialise with new people.
