Job Requirement:
> Provide a full range of legal, estate planning and private trust services, including will writing, private trust set-up, estate and trust administration.
> Manage a portfolio of cases to advice, structure, draft and administer clients’ wills and trusts.
> Required to deal with all administrative aspects of their portfolio of clients, dealing directly with clients and their advisors and family where relevant.
> The candidate should be able to manage the legal aspects of Will and trust set-up; estate and trust administration; perform comprehensive reviews of financial statements for trust structures; review documents pertaining to the establishment and continuation of private and complex trusts; and ensure compliance with all relevant laws.
