Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of budgets
- Managing records and receipts
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Preparing profits & loss, balance sheets or month-end and year-end closing
- Processing invoices
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
- Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer and outlet team
- Being a key point of contact for other departments on accounting matters
- Support the Financial Controller and executive with projects and task when required
- Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or Finance.
- 1 - 2 years of related experience in F&B or Retail
- Knowledge in MYOB preferred
- Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
- Good organizational and communication skills
