• Assist in the preparation of budgets
• Managing records and receipts
• Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
• Preparing profits & loss, balance sheets or month-end and year-end closing
• Processing invoices
• Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
• Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer and outlet team
• Being a key point of contact for other departments on accounting matters
• Support the Financial Controller and executive with projects and task when required
• Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or Finance.
• 1 - 2 years of related experience in F&B or Retail
• Knowledge in MYOB preferred
• Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
• Good organizational and communication skills
