- Support the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products.
- Manage and reiterate a shared vision across the company by consolidating consensus on priorities leading to product development.
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user experience.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Understand Lazada’s strategic and competitive position to deliver products that are set industry standards.
- Maximize efficiency in a startup environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are bread and butter
- Ensuring that layout, features, workflows and business processes deliver the expected business benefit.
- Having an extremely hands-on attitude
- Hacking out solutions and quick wins with an obsession to learn and try out new technologies and processes.
- Provide technical support for teams to help them excel in their respective mission.
Requirements:
- Interest in Product management or product design experience.
- Interest in different disciplines such as marketing, warehouse, logistics, marketplace operations, accounting and finance a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create wireframes, mock ups and flow charts.
- BA/BS in Computer science or related technical field is ideal
- Knowledge of performance tools and optimization techniques.
