Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the contract process for Lazada entities across South East Asia
- Facilitating the process within Legal department and be involved in cross-functional tasks
- Assisting in the formulation of the company’s legal policies and procedures
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Keen interest in corporate commercial matters
- Great organizational skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- 2-3 month internship period
- Preferably with experience intellectual property, corporate legal work
