Job Description

We are looking for an intern for our PR and Social Team to work on projects to boost Lazada's engagement efforts.

Working in the regional team, you will be exposed to the different initiatives across the region and supporting the PR and Social Media strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Curate and create content via various digital mediums that can attract, engage and inspire consumers via various digital mediums.
  • Analyse and determine the different channels and platforms to build new relationships through social media
  • Plan to drive engagement for new potential consumers to grow the Lazada fan community
  • Analyse volumes of information and consumer insight data and have a strong news sense to create content
  • Create relevance for the Lazada brand in Southeast Asia.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English a must and a second language in the countries we operate in is preferred
  • Degree in Communications, Media
  • Able to commit for 3 to 6 months
  • Experience working on PR or Social Media projects to drive conversations
  • Eye for detailed without losing the big picture
  • Familiarity with the use of social platforms, lists and hashtags
  • Well-informed on new consumer behaviour emerging everyday
