Job Title: Programmes Promoter

Role Overview

The Programmes Promoter plays an important role in increasing awareness and participation in Launchpad’s educational programmes. This includes short-term learning courses, mentorship initiatives, student exchange programmes, and university preparation tracks. The role involves direct outreach to students, schools, parents, and communities, ensuring that Launchpad’s programmes reach those who will benefit most from them. Ideal candidates are outgoing, persuasive, and passionate about education.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Launchpad’s range of educational programmes through digital campaigns, community outreach, and partner institutions.
  • Engage with students, parents, and school representatives to communicate programme benefits and enrolment details.
  • Represent Launchpad at student fairs, school visits, and community events to boost brand awareness and participation.
  • Support the marketing team in developing creative promotional strategies tailored to local audiences in Singapore and the United States.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating programme-related events, webinars, or open houses.
  • Gather feedback from participants to improve future outreach campaigns and programme offerings.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic, persuasive style.
  • Background or interest in education, marketing, or public engagement.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and interacting with diverse student communities.
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing tools and promotional content creation.
  • Flexible availability, including weekday afternoons and occasional weekends.

 

Working Conditions

$20 per hour, part-time with flexible scheduling.
