• Directly report to Director
• Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan, design, pitch and execute events while managing all project delivery elements within budget and time limits.
• Coordinate with external and internal parties to ensure smooth delivery of events.
• We are looking for dynamic, energetic and creative people to join our team!
• You will be required to: Conceptualize and create event proposals.
• Assist the sales team in coordinating and managing the events.
• Provide both administrative and operational support.
• Work closely with the Design & Operations team in all aspects of the event.
• Have good client servicing skills for any liaising and communication.
• Travel to onsite for any planning and support
