We are looking for an intern to aid in the marketing of each event, to potential sponsors.
This role will be crucial in establishing a connection between brands and sponsors.
- The intern will be assisting in generating leads and building awareness of ERM and its events.
- Coordinating participants, and arranging schedules and activities.
- Assist in the coordination and operation of each event, and fringe events.
- Take part in the planning stage, and follow up with the necessary.
- Assist in preparing decks and proposals for each potential sponsor, after the initial meeting.
- Media planning to maximize exposure throughout the pre and post-pageant period using Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Creative / design skills are desirable, with user proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator (optional)
- Good Interpersonal Skills/Prior Customer Service Experience.
