LaborMe is looking to add to our customer success team to enhance and grow our user base. The customer success team is the engine that drives the engagement of our users with our technology. The team also ensures our customer gets the maximum benefits out of our system and builds close relationships.
You will assist with
1. Promoting the LaborMe app to targeted group of customers.
2. On-boarding new customers, demonstrating the features and ease of use.
3. Create and update user friendly articles for customers to further familiarise themselves with our system.
4. Handle enquires and requests when users contact you for assistance and communicating issues and bugs to the customer success team leads or the technical team.
You must be
1. Be able to commit 3 months or more either on a full time basis OR at least 15 hours/week on a part time basis.
2. Out-going and have excellent communication skills in order to engage with our customers.
3. Highly motivated and self-driven, with the added ability to think on your feet.
