Administrative Executive Intern
Issue purchase orders and invoices.
Coordinating with customers and suppliers.
Ensure accurate and efficient operation.
Maintain smooth incoming/outgoing shipments.
Attend to incoming calls and emails.
General admin support including updating, filing and printing.
Simple accounts duties.
Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail, committed and independent worker.
Able to commit at least 6 months, possibility to permanent position (depends on availability and performance)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
