Job Description

Duties Include :

  • Issue purchase orders and invoices.
  • Coordinating with customers
  • Attend to incoming calls and emails.
  • General admin support including updating, filing and printing.
  • Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail, committed and independent worker.
  • Able to commit at least 6 months, possibility to permanent position (depends on availability and performance)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
  • 5 days work


What we are looking for:

  • Minimum commitment of 3 months. 
  • Good attention to details and ability to manage multiple assignmentssimultaneously.
  • A “can do” spirit !
