Company Profile
We are a small yet well-established company specializing in mother and baby products. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to oversee our end-to-end e-commerce operations across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Amazon, and our own webstore.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing product listings, inventory control, digital marketing efforts, and campaign execution. You will also play a key role in driving online sales and supporting the implementation of our e-commerce growth strategy.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations, including order and delivery fulfillment, inventory, customer inquiries, refunds, and website updates.
- Create, update and optimize product listings across all platforms.
- Monitor stock levels, pricing, and performance analytics on each platform.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales.
- Configure and manage social media accounts.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Coordinate with developers on website maintenance and technical improvements.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with e-commerce marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Amazon) is highly preferred.
- Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently.
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or with at least 2 yrs of e-commerce experience.

Working Hours:
- 5.5-day work week
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
