KSC Consultants – Executive / Senior – Contract Logistics / SCM, Operations

Roles & Responsibilities

Based at Changi

*Provide strategic leadership and directions to manage daily warehouse operations.

*Enforce process compliance and ensure operations meet and achieve customer's expectation and KPIs.

*Accountable for the P&L performance for the responsible programs in scope.

*Define requirements for operation and ensures the implementation of new strategies, technologies and initiatives to drive overall performance.

*Continuously engage customers on commercial, operational scope of work and contract renewals.

*Enforce security and work safety measures and controls in the warehouse.

*Monitor department budgetary control and allocation of resources to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

*Constantly look for improvement opportunities along the value chain, to streamline and re-engine the processes to achieve and exceed the service standard or target.

*Establish and cultivate a good team culture of best practice sharing within the program to motivate staffs to voice out their opinions.

*Plan and provide on-the-job training to individual staff to improve work performance and productivity.

*Ensure stock inventory accuracy and records are kept up to date.

*Ensure storage and office areas are well maintained.

Requirement

*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA)

*Proficient in using and creating operations dashboards to identify focus areas and drive improvement (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

*Excellent presentation skills and experience in presenting to senior management.

*Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively and innovatively.

*Frequently voice out opinions and share best practices to improve team performance.

*Excellent interpersonal skills in verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

*Strong analytical skills to review both financial and operational data.

*Good knowledge in latest automation technologies and implementation.

*Excellent leadership and coaching skills to continuously encourage and motivate employees.
