KrAsia Plus Pte. Ltd. – Editor (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

• Assign and edit Southeast Asia and China tech and startup news, interviews, features
• Collaborate with editorial team to brainstorm story ideas
• Recruit and manage a team of reporters, set performance goals and improve teamwork
• Optimize content workflow, and other editorial-related work

Requirements:

• Native English speaker, at least 2 years of editorial experience
• Must be familiar with Chinese tech scene and understand how to decipher financial reports. Industries covered include, but not limited to, e-commerce, electric vehicles, startups, and the sharing economy, etc.
• Good command of Chinese (reading and speaking) is necessary

Schedule: 

• 5 hours per day minimally, on set schedule (Part-time)
• Can be based anywhere, remote arrangements alright
