Responsibilities for Intern

• Assist in preparing and planning activities to improve customer adoption
•  Research articles, videos and other contents on latest IT trends to be posted
•  Post articles, videos and other contents into the platform
•  Prepare/collect polls, surveys and quizzes from content creators
•  Post polls, surveys and quizzes into the platform as per the adoption plan
•  Track results of polls, surveys and quizzes as per the adoption plan
•  Assist in testing the newly released features and raise tickets
