Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY

The ideal candidate is a reliable professional who is experienced in sales and customer service with balanced customer orientation and a results-driven approach. On top of being directly responsible for the preservation and growth of our customer base, your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients, and building mutually benefiting long-term relationships with them.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stay up-to-date with the company’s offerings and present new products to existing and new customers to gain more business
  • Foster positive long-term relationships with clients by providing follow-up after-sales support
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to customer’s satisfaction
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding clients to securing deals
  • Manage the flow of information from client to the project team for execution
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Preferably with good English and Chinese proficiency (to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
  • Have strong listening and conversational adaptability
  • Able to collaborate and work in teams
  • Able to negotiate amicably and effectively

Management and Organisational Skills

  • Able to assimilate large quantities of information quickly while maintaining attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure

Personality and Character

  • Is easy-going and self-motivated
  • Is proactive with willingness to learn
  • Has industry awareness
  • Able to manage challenges and constructive criticism
  • Has good understanding of what makes a good advertisement
