Admin & Retail Assistant (Office Hrs)
You can expect to :
Be part of a team supporting our Business Operations, Retail & eRetail Partners
- Support Business Support tasks, such as update of our products listing
- Assist in ensuring stock levels are kept healthy through sales forecasting
- Communicate with retail partners on orders, etc.
- Some store visits may be required
- Various administrative functions of the business
We are looking for someone who :
- Has basic IT skills, eg. Google Sheet, Doc, Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Is a keen learner, proactive and good organization skills
- Is fluent in English
Other pertinent info :
- 5 days work week (9am to 5:30pm). Shorter work day can be arranged.
- Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT.
- Training will be provided.
