Telemarketing Officer - Singapore

Job Description

• Cold call / Email potential customers to create new leads.
• Qualify all lead sources in order to pass leads to the appropriate sales resource
• Support and generate leads for sourcing of potential clients
• Engage with potential clients in pre-sales consultation & appointment fixing
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative activities assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Effectively Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Independent, and able to work alone with minimal supervision
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Responsible and takes pride and ownership in work done
• Results-driven
• Knowledge of MS Office would be good
• A related field of experience (Bonus)
